“I came to supervision because I know how much it matters to have someone to think out loud with. Someone who will listen to the tricky cases, ask good questions and help you trust your own judgement. I want to be that person for other therapists, so they can keep doing ethical, informed work and feel confident in what they are doing.”

About Diane
I am a trauma-informed registered counsellor and clinical supervisor, and I work with adolescents (11+) and adults. In addition to holding a Master of Counselling, I also have a PhD in neuroscience, which means the brain and the nervous system are at the heart of how I work, and shapes how I understand what happens in the therapy room.
I do a lot of psychoeducation in my practice, because when people understand what their nervous system is doing, how they are feeling starts to make sense. I also bring this to supervision.
I supervise counsellors and psychotherapists at every stage of career. My supervision is reflective, collaborative and practical, and grounded in interpersonal neurobiology and ethics. I use the ACA STEP UP model, so our sessions support both your growth and compliance.
