“I am passionate about developing people and creating a supervision space where practitioners feel safe to bring the whole experience of their work, including what feels uncertain, challenging or rewarding. For me, supervision is about reflection, curiosity and growth. I love supporting practitioners to build confidence, deepen their self-awareness and develop a way of practising that feels thoughtful, grounded and genuinely their own.”
