“I became a supervisor because I understand how challenging counselling work can be, and I wanted to create a space where practitioners could reflect openly on their practice and develop with confidence. I work collaboratively with counsellors and psychotherapists at all stages of their careers to explore what's happening in their work, work through obstacles, and build the skills and perspective they need to move forward.”

About Toni
I am Director and Principal Counsellor at Hills Relationship Centre, where I work with individuals, couples, families, and young people. My approach is warm and active, grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins when people feel truly understood. I work across a range of presenting issues and bring particular expertise in relationships, trauma, anxiety, and neurodiversity. I am particularly interested in helping clients and families understand the patterns beneath behaviour and develop practical, sustainable ways forward.
