“I am privileged as a counselling supervisor to provide a safe space for counsellors to simply reflect and grow in their career and life.”

Founding member ACA clinical supervisor
· online or in person 10 years in practice English

After a long career as a nurse and midwife I pivoted to counselling 10 years ago and enjoy all my roles- private practice as a generalist counsellor; and providing therapy for individuals and families impacted by eating disorders.

Most of all I enjoy a supportive and collaborative approach to supervising counsellors, focusing on their growth and comfort as they develop their career.

How Anne works

I offer individual and group supervision for counsellors at every stage of practice, from early-career practitioners finding their feet through to senior clinicians building advanced specialisations. I work with experienced therapists deepening their skills, those returning to practice after time away, and private practitioners managing the particular rhythms of solo work.

My supervision draws on reflective practice, solution-focused approaches, the GROW model, and an integrative way of working that responds to what each supervisee needs. We create a safe, respectful space where you can explore your work, identify strengths and next steps, and build the reflective skills that sustain good practice over time.
