About Supriva

A professional home for supervision.

Behind every practitioner is someone helping them carry it.

Supriva thoughtfully matches counsellors and psychotherapists with supervisors who fit their work, handles booking and payment, and keeps a record of hours against ACA and PACFA requirements as they accrue.

Why we exist

Supervision was never given its own tools.

Supervision is where a practitioner can bring the difficult case, the thing they are not sure about, the part of the practice they’re still learning about, and the question they’ve been sitting with all week.

That relationship matters. Finding the right supervisor, and managing the work around supervision once they have, has never been easy. One side carries too much admin. The other carries too much guesswork.

The bigger picture

Supervision has never sat in one place. Until now…

  • The person looking for supervision.
  • The person providing it.
  • The hours between them.
  • The sessions they have.
  • The record they need.
  • The work before, during and after.

Supriva holds all of it.

The people

Three people, and you can reach any of us.

Hailee Walker

Co-founder and chief executive officer

Hailee leads Supriva across product, brand and sector partnerships. She co-founded the company and designed the product alongside Luke, guiding the build towards emotionally intelligent design where the technology supports the human connection.

Hailee has spent over a decade in the room as a registered counsellor, building a successful multi-practitioner centre where she led and supervised an expert team of relationship and family therapists. She has six years as a clinical supervisor and is the convener of the ACA’s Hills chapter in Sydney, where she supports practitioners with their professional development and supervision. Supriva exists because she has been on both sides of the supervision relationship and could see what the profession had never been given.

She is building the profession’s infrastructure for the people who hold everyone else.

Luke Amery

Co-founder and chief technology officer

Luke was chief executive of Codisto, the Sydney company whose infrastructure held hundreds of thousands of online stores in real-time sync with Amazon, eBay, Walmart and Google. Shopify acquired the company and brought Luke across as a product director. The product is now part of Shopify itself, as Marketplace Connect.

Luke has spent twenty years building systems where money and data move securely between parties who have never met. Along the way he has done advisory work with Visa, PayPal, ANZ and NAB.

Luke built Supriva. The matching, the bookings, the video, the payments and the record all started with him, and he runs the product and the infrastructure day to day. He would rather rebuild a thing than leave it complicated.

Montana Harper

Head of operations

Montana runs Supriva’s operations. Supervisor onboarding is hers, and so is the day-to-day of how the company works.

She has spent the last six years running the operational side of a clinical counselling and supervision practice: the enquiries, the bookings, the paperwork, payments and calendars for multiple practitioners. Supriva does by design what she has been doing by hand. Her background spans counselling, mental health work, recruitment and human resources.

She is the one who takes a supervisor through joining and checks the registration and insurance details they provide. Montana is who you’ll talk to. There is no support queue here.

Two sides of the relationship

We match. You choose.

Supriva suggests supervisors whose work fits yours. The decision is always the practitioner’s, and the relationship is always between the people in it.

For practitioners

Be matched with supervisors who fit your work, book and pay in one place, and see your hours accrue against your registration requirements.

For supervisors

Set your availability, your fees and the shape of your practice. Supriva never charges supervisors to be here.

Many people are both. One account holds both roles.
