Your own rate, your own hours, no back and forth. A booking reaches you already paid for.

The money arrives
We collect each payment as your agent and pay you weekly, in one transfer. Your tax invoices are issued in your name, and your rate reaches you in full.
Who finds you
Practitioners arrive already suited to your work.
We match on the work each practitioner does, their career stage, and the format and mode they want, then show them why you fit. When you’re full, pause new bookings, and lift the pause when you’re not.

No listing fee, no commission, no cut of your rate. You set it, and you receive it in full. It is our way of saying thank you for supporting practitioners.
The booking fee is paid by the practitioner, on top of your rate. It never comes out of what you earn. The whole of what we charge
For supervisors
The Circle
Supervision is its own practice, and it is mostly practised alone. The Circle is a supervisor-only room inside Supriva, where peers who hold the same weight think out loud together about the practice of supervision.
First Friday
A session every month, hosted by Hailee, our co-founder and CEO.
We gather on the first Friday of the month around a topic, a conversation, or a way of practising. Join us when you can.
