Does Supriva decide whether a member meets our standard?
Your association always decides. Supriva follows your published standard and shows members where they stand, so they come to renewal well prepared. The judgement remains yours.
How does Supriva work with our supervisor register?
Your register remains the authority on who your association recognises. Each supervisor profile on Supriva shows which professional bodies recognise that supervisor, so members can choose with confidence.
Can members keep the supervisor they already have?
Yes. Members can bring their existing supervisor to Supriva and keep the relationship they value, or find a new supervisor when they are ready.
What happens when our supervision standard changes?
Supriva updates to follow your current standard. Partner associations can share changes with us early, so members are guided correctly from the day a new standard begins.
Where is member information kept?
All information is encrypted and stored in Australia, and every change is recorded in an audit trail.
