Hi everyone, I'm Delaney Chow 👋 ACA Level 4 Counsellor, PACFA Clinical Member, ACA-Accredited Supervisor and SIRA Provider, with 8+ years across EAP, digital mental health and full-time private practice.
My approach is integrative: Person-Centred, CBT, ACT, Narrative and Solution-Focused & grounded in a trauma-informed lens: not what's wrong, but what happened and what's needed now. I work with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationships, life transitions, grief, workers comp/CTP claims, and cultural identity, including the Asian-Australian experience, plus faith-integrated support.
I offer individual and group supervision, and I'm building supervision-of-supervision. If reflective, culturally-attuned, trauma-informed supervision sounds like a fit, let's get in touch.
How Delaney works
I offer individual supervision, group supervision, and supervision on supervision. I work with counsellors who are new to the field, those in the early stages of their career, experienced practitioners building specialisation, and people working in private practice.
I work from the Seven-Eyed Model, Reflective Practice, and the Rise Model. The Seven-Eyed Model helps us look at the work from multiple perspectives—what's happening between you and your client, what's alive in the room between us, and the broader systems at play. Reflective Practice creates space to pause and consider what the moment actually calls for, while the Rise Model supports the kind of growth that reveals itself slowly.
