“I supervise because I believe counsellors grow through more than training alone. They grow through reflection, honest conversations, challenge, curiosity and having someone who genuinely supports their development. I love helping counsellors build confidence, trust their clinical judgement and grow into their own professional identity. Because when we invest in the people who care for others, that impact reaches far beyond the supervision room.”

I’m a warm, practical and reflective supervisor who believes supervision should be a space where you can bring the messy bits, not just the polished ones. I work with counsellors at different stages of practice, from new graduates finding their feet to experienced practitioners navigating complex client work, ethical decisions, professional growth and the realities of being a counsellor. Expect honest conversations, thoughtful challenge, plenty of curiosity and support to help you develop confidence in your own way of working.

How Divina works

I offer individual supervision, group supervision, and supervision on supervision. I work with people at all stages of practice: those new to counselling, early-career practitioners, those building a specialisation, senior and advanced practitioners, people returning after a break, and those in private practice. You do not need to be at a particular point in your career to work with me.

I draw on reflective practice, the Rise Model, solution-focused, narrative, person-centred and integrative approaches. People do not fit neatly into one method, so I work with what genuinely makes sense for you and your clients rather than applying a single framework. We go at your pace, and the supervision adapts to what feels helpful in the room.
