I practice counselling supervision differently, from a transpersonal, “bigger picture” perspective. If you are up for another angle to supervision and get a better result in your counselling practice, we should meet to discuss your counselling supervision needs.
My main supervision lens is an integrated and developmental one, with that strong transpersonal filter. The main (and favourite!) modalities used in my own practice are ACT and other mindfulness-based approaches such as MiCBT. I also use EMDR, SFBT and other strength-based approaches in client work.
How Marc works
I offer individual, group, peer and supervision on supervision. I work with counsellors at all stages: those new to counselling, early-career practitioners, clinicians building specialisation, senior and advanced practitioners, people returning after a break, and those in private practice.
I draw on reflective practice, developmental, solution-focused, narrative, person-centred and integrative approaches. I work with what's useful in the moment, taking things back to what matters and building from there.
