I have been involved in the human growth movement my whole adult life. My practice is relational, client centered and awareness based.
I have worked both in private practice and with an NGO as an individual and couple therapist and supervisor.
I am passionate about finding ways to open a deeper level of understanding which creates new possibilities and integration.
How Masti works
I offer individual, group, and supervision on supervision, and I work with practitioners at every stage, from those who are brand new to counselling through to senior and advanced practice. I also welcome those returning after a break, those building a specialisation, and private practitioners, including Gestalt therapists. Whatever you bring, we will start in a natural and supportive way so you can explore and open in your own rhythm.
I work from an integrative and eclectic base, drawing on the Developmental Model, Reflective Practice, Person-Centred, Systemic, Solution-Focused, and IFS approaches. The Developmental Model attends to where a practitioner is in their growth and meets them there. Reflective Practice creates space to pause and look inward, IFS brings curiosity to the different parts we carry into our work, and the others offer different lenses depending on what each supervisee needs in the room.
