About Brad

Brad is a counsellor with six years' experience who supervises early-career and new practitioners, as well as private practitioners, in both individual and group supervision. His twenty-five years working as an educator across preschool, primary, secondary and adult settings means he knows how to work with a broad range of people. He brings a kind, reflective approach, believing that vulnerability and honesty are key to useful supervision. He works with supervisees on grief and loss, identity questions, and workplace challenges, and knows that a bit of humour helps lighten what can be heavy work.
How Brad works
I offer individual and group supervision to counsellors who are new to the field, early in their career, or running their own private practice. Whether you're finding your feet or working through the challenges of being a practitioner, we can look at what's coming up in the room and find ways forward that feel right for you.
I work from an integrative approach that draws on reflective practice, solution-focused thinking and person-centred principles. We look at what's already working, examine the patterns showing up in your practice, and focus on building the skills and confidence you need to do the work well.
