I'm an ACA and PACFA registered counsellor and clinical supervisor with over 14 years counselling experience. My supervision style is warm, practical and supportive, with a strong focus on trauma-informed practice, ethical decision making, complex presentations and helping counsellors grow confidentiality in their practice.
How Chantelle works
I offer individual supervision, group supervision, peer supervision and supervision on supervision. I work with counsellors who are new to the field, early-career practitioners, those returning after a break, experienced practitioners building specialisation, and people working in private practice.
I work from reflective practice, the RISE model, the developmental model, solution-focused, narrative, systemic and person-centred approaches. Each offers a different lens depending on what you're bringing: reflective practice creates space to think through what sits with you, the developmental model meets you where you are in your growth, narrative and systemic help us look at the wider stories and patterns, and person-centred and solution-focused ground us in what matters and what's already working.
