Eden Campbell is a counsellor with eight years of experience in private practice and supervision. She works with new and early-career practitioners, students on placement, and those changing fields, offering a warm and gentle space where there are no silly questions. She uses questions intentionally to help you explore areas that may be productive, working collaboratively to generate new understanding and perspectives. She draws on reflective practice, solution-focused and narrative approaches, and has particular experience with anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship work, and LGBTQIA+ affirming practice. Her counselling experience is drawn upon her years of experience in the tafe and university settings, and community mental health supporting people from all ages and walks of life.

I offer mentoring, coaching and consultation, and I work with people at a range of early stages: students on placement, those new to counselling, early-career practitioners, those in private practice, and people moving into a new field. Whether you are finding your feet or making a significant shift, there is space here to think things through.

I draw on Reflective Practice, the RISE Model, Solution-Focused, Narrative, Systemic and Person-Centred approaches. Reflective Practice creates space to slow down and examine experience; Solution-Focused and Narrative approaches keep the work forward-moving and meaning-making; Systemic and Person-Centred thinking attends to context and the whole person. The RISE Model offers a structured framework that holds it all together.
