How Laura works
I offer mentoring, coaching and consultation, and supervision focused on management and leadership. I work with people at every stage of their professional life, from students on placement and those new to counselling, through to experienced practitioners building a specialisation and those at a senior or advanced level. I also welcome people returning to practice after a break, and those working in private practice.
I draw on a wide range of models, including Reflective Practice, the Developmental Model, and the Cyclical Model, which each offer different ways of tracking where a practitioner is and what the work needs. I also work from Solution-Focused, Narrative, Systemic, Person-Centred, and Dyadic approaches, and bring these together in an integrative way depending on what is most useful in the room.
