Maria helps practitioners recognise their strengths and navigate the complexity of their work through reflective, collaborative supervision. She works with counsellors and psychotherapists at all career stages, with particular focus on grief, loss, stress and life transitions. Her integrative approach creates a confidential space to slow down, explore and develop into confident, sustainable practitioners.
How Maria works
I offer individual supervision to practitioners at all stages, whether you're new to counselling, finding your feet in early career work, building specialisation, or sustaining advanced practice. I work with private practitioners and anyone who needs a confidential space to slow down, reflect and explore their client work.
I work from an integrative approach that draws on person-centred, solution-focused and reflective practice models, along with the step-up framework. My supervision provides a space where we can reflect holistically on your work, explore ethical questions and complex presentations, and support you to develop confidence and strengthen your professional identity.
