“I became a supervisor because I wanted to pass on what I've learnt through my own practice and support other counsellors at different stages of their career. There's something meaningful about being part of someone's professional development and helping them build confidence in their work.”

Nada is an attentive and encouraging supervisor who helps practitioners work with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship issues, and burnout. She brings a steady presence to supervision and wants supervisees to know they don't have to have it all figured out—there's no pressure to be perfect.

How Nada works

Counsellors

I work with practitioners at every stage, from students on placement and those new to counselling through to experienced clinicians building a specialisation, senior practitioners, and those returning to practice after a break. Private practitioners are also very welcome.

I draw on an integrative and eclectic base, which means I can bring together what is most useful for each practitioner and each piece of work. The Developmental Model gives shape to where someone is in their practice, while the Rise Model, systemic thinking, and person-centred principles all inform how we explore the work together. Reflective practice runs through all of it, creating space to slow down and think.

    Case Reflection & Practitioner Support

This is for L1 & L2 Counsellors, whether you have extensive experience or are new to the field. You can bring your concerns or your glimmers, and we can discuss them as a group. My style is a human-centred space where we take a trauma-informed approach to group supervision.
