“I love to be a part of clinicians' growth in confidence and clinical analysis. It is a pleasure to support them as they reflect on their relationships with their clients, find their voice and style as clinicians and deepen their trauma informed care. I am committed to supporting clinicians who work with some of the most vulnerable members of the community, and I bring warmth, accessibility, and a strong ethical foundation to every supervision relationship.”

In the last 16 years I’ve been working across counselling, trauma services, education, crisis response, and community based programs. My work has centred on supporting clinicians who work with women, children, young people and families experiencing DFSV, childhood trauma, suicidality and self harm.

I have provided both individual and group supervision, supporting clinicians across the career span — from new graduates building foundational skills to experienced clinicians seeking deeper reflective space and advanced practice development. I have guided clinicians through risk assessment, safety planning, case formulation, and navigating organisational responsibilities in situations involving DFSV, child protection concerns, intergenerational trauma, and cumulative harm.

I offer individual supervision and supervision on supervision. I work with practitioners at all stages, from those new to counselling through to senior and advanced practitioners, including those in early career and those building a specialisation. I also supervise private practitioners.

I work from a reflective practice foundation, drawing on the RISE Model, systemic, and person-centred approaches. My supervision is trauma informed and strengths based, holding space for you to reflect on what's happening in the room, to explore relational dynamics, and to honour the pace and complexity of the work you're doing with your clients.
