Nicole Mathieson is a relationship coach, couple therapist and author who is passionate about helping people get smarter, happier and more connected in their intimate relationships.
Nicole has impacted the lives of thousands of men, women and couples through her writing, speaking, podcasts and her work as a counsellor. Her relatable and big-hearted wisdom sees her explore personal and intimate topics that many others dare not speak about. Nicole is fascinated with intimacy and how challenging it can be to get close to others, intimate partners and most importantly ourselves.

How Nicole works
I offer individual supervision for early-career practitioners, for those who are experienced and building specialisation, and for people working in private practice. I meet you where you are currently at, holding a safe space for you to explore your truth and transmute what you are learning into your own unique therapeutic practice.
I work from Internal Family Systems, Relational Life Therapy and the Gottman method. My approach is heart based, fully accepting of who you are and non-judgemental, and I draw on these models to help you get smarter in your work and become more Self led with your clients.
