“I became a supervisor because I believe practitioners need a space to explore the things that feel hardest to say: the taboo bits, the messy questions, the countertransference that doesn't fit neatly into theory. I wanted to create that soft landing for other therapists, especially those working with desire and sexuality, and to offer representation and witness for practitioners of colour navigating these spaces.”

Selina offers individual supervision to counsellors at different stages of their practice, from new to the field through to experienced practitioners building their specialisation. She works with anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship issues, identity and sexuality, and brings a reflective, person-centred approach that values what clients bring and the relational nature of the work. She's particularly drawn to supporting queer, non-monogamous or kinky community and exploring the messy, beautiful parts of sex, intimacy and selfhood.

How Selina works

Supervises
Counsellors

I offer individual supervision for practitioners at all stages: those new to counselling, early-career clinicians, practitioners building specialisation, and private practitioners. Whether you're finding your feet or deepening your work, I hope to offer you a soft space to reflect, to name what feels hard to say, and to explore how you're holding the work and how the work is holding you.

I work from Reflective Practice, the Rise Model, Solution-Focused and Person-Centred approaches. In the room, this means creating space to witness rather than fix, to explore what's present between you and your clients, and to name the countertransference, the stuck places and the curious in-between. We hold what's messy and what's generative, and we do it collaboratively.
