About Mel

Mel is a warm and reflective supervisor who works with counsellors new to the field and those early in their careers. She brings a curious, non-judgemental approach to supervision, and works with people exploring anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress. She has experience across NDIS, child safety, EAP, and private counselling settings.
How Mel works
I offer individual supervision for practitioners who are new to counselling or in the early stages of their career. I work with supervisees who are finding their feet in the profession and building their confidence in the work.
I work from a Person-Centred approach, which means I create a space where you can explore your practice in an environment of trust and without judgement. The relationship between us is at the heart of the supervision, and I trust in your capacity to reflect on and develop your own work.
