“I do this work because I believe practitioners deserve a space where they can be honest, reflective, and supported. Counselling and helping roles can be meaningful, but also complex and emotionally demanding. I’m passionate about walking alongside other professionals as they make sense of their work, strengthen their confidence, and sustain their wellbeing so they can continue showing up with care and integrity for the people they support.”

ACA clinical supervisor
Shailer Park QLD · online 6 years in practice English

I’m a clinical supervisor and counsellor with a Master of Counselling (Distinction) from QUT and ACA Level 4 registration.

My supervision is warm, reflective, and practical: a supportive space to slow down, make sense of complex work, explore ethical questions, and strengthen your confidence.

I support counsellors and helping professionals across schools, community, health, and private practice settings, with particular experience supporting parents, teens, and families.

Together, we can reflect on the work, care for your wellbeing, and find clarity in the parts that feel complex or heavy.

If you’re looking for a supervisor who will hold space for both the personal and professional demands of this work, I’d love to connect.

How Abby works

I offer individual, group, peer, and supervision on supervision, so there's a format to suit where you're at. I work with counsellors who are new to the field, early in their career, returning after a break, or building a private practice, and I aim to make supervision a safe, non-judgmental space where your work is met with warmth and genuine curiosity.

I draw on an integrative range of models, including Reflective Practice, the Developmental Model, Solution-Focused, Narrative, Systemic, Person-Centred, and Acceptance and Commitment approaches. Reflective Practice and the Developmental Model help us look at where you are right now and how your clinical thinking is growing, while the others give us flexible ways to explore casework, ethics, and the stories you and your clients bring.
