Hi. With over 25 years of experience across the health, mental health and community sectors, I enjoy supporting counsellors at all stages of their careers, from those just starting out to experienced practitioners.

My approach to supervision is collaborative, supportive and flexible, recognising that everyone brings their own experiences, strengths and areas for growth. I tailor supervision to individual needs and professional goals, providing opportunities for reflection, clinical development and ongoing professional learning.

I offer individual supervision, mentoring, coaching and consultation, and management and leadership supervision, working with people at every stage of their professional life. Whether you are new to counselling, early in your career, returning after a break, or an experienced practitioner building a specialisation, I aim to meet you where you are. Private practitioners are also very welcome.

I work from an integrative and eclectic base, drawing on person-centred, narrative, and solution-focused approaches alongside reflective practice, so the supervision can be shaped around what is most useful for you. Reflective practice creates space to sit with client work and professional questions thoughtfully, while solution-focused and narrative lenses can help identify strengths and new possibilities. I also use the Rise Up model as part of this work.
