Maria Sarina is a mental health counsellor and ACA-accredited supervisor with twenty years in practice. She works with experienced practitioners, those building specialisation, and private practitioners, bringing a practical, reflective approach to individual, group, and peer supervision. Her work draws on person-centred and evidence-informed methods, and she works with a wide range of presentations including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship issues, and domestic and family violence.

How Maria works

I offer individual supervision, group supervision, peer supervision, and supervision on supervision. I work with experienced practitioners building specialisation, those in senior or advanced practice, and private practitioners seeking a safe, confidential space to reflect on their work.
