“I became a supervisor because I wanted to support other practitioners in developing their confidence and skills, particularly those navigating the early stages of their career or working through periods of change. Together, we grow – not by having all the answers, but by making sense of the challenges, uncertainties, and meaningful moments along our journeys.”

Natalia is a counsellor with ten years' experience in individual and group supervision. She works with practitioners across all levels of experience, from those new to counselling to senior practitioners, drawing on person-centred, solution-focused, systemic, and narrative approaches. She brings particular experience with anxiety, grief, relationship work, and life transitions.

How Natalia works

I offer individual supervision, group supervision and supervision on supervision. I work with supervisees at all stages of practice, including those new to counselling, early-career practitioners, experienced clinicians building specialisation, senior and advanced practitioners, those returning after a break, and private practitioners.

Areas of specialisation
AnxietyGrief & lossRelationship & couples counsellingStress & burnoutFamily therapy & family conflictLife transitions

I work from reflective practice, solution-focused, narrative, systemic, person-centred and integrative approaches, and also draw on family constellations. This range means we can attend to the stories supervisees and their clients bring, the relational patterns at work, and the strengths and resources already present, while holding space for reflective inquiry that fits where you are in your practice.
